Hannah, you could easily sell the laptop for $550 on CraigsList.org and it would be local. $379 buy laptop, $550 sell laptop today on craigslist = $171 pure profit.

Do you have access to a CostCo? I've seen a nice Panasonic 27" for $229 and they're a reliable brand. The best thing is CostCo's liberal return policy which guarantees 100% satisfaction. So if your TV breaks 9 years from now, you can return it. -

noitammus, You know what pissed me off? People "holding a space" for 3-4 of their friends, WTF? I can understand relieving each other for bathroom breaks, a coffee run or something like that. I wish there was some "BF code of ethics" that people adhered to, of course I'm just dreaming now.
