Don't forget to order your FREE GottaDeal.com stickers

You're in for quite an experience. Are you going alone? Which stores do you plan on visiting? What time are you getting in line?

When you're ready to buy an HDTV I would suggest researching models on AVSForum.com then find the best deal on Buy-HDTV.com (temporarily offline). Lately I have been drooling over JVC HD-ILA Rear Projection Televisions, wow. The "low end" JVC HD-52Z575 can be found for $3,000.00 but that's a lot of dough. Hopefully I can find a decent 42" model with all the bells and whistles for around $1,500.00

Hi dkg - Welcome to the forums :)

Welcome to the forums, sorry to hear about your experience last year. Someone else started a similiar thread which you may want to read and reply to http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=3447

I would say YOU DA MAN in return but you're definitely female. So I'll just shut up and accept your gracious compliment :)

Taxes weren't as bad as I thought, thanks to the low price. You really scored, congratulations!
-
Post a list of your specs and final price you paid!

You're welcome that's what we're here for to save you $$$ It's unfortunate the $150 off coupon didn't work but I still think the Dell Small Business is a better deal with P4, 512MB RAM, 15" LCD, FREE color printer and my favorite ... 2 year warranty. Here is a link to Dell SB rebates. When you save, you win!

Join the club, the line starts waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back there
-
It appears the Dell Small Business coupon code I was going to send you saves another $150 on certain Dell Dimension 3000 PC's. That's an amazing deal!
-
If you don't mind paying a little more Dell Small Business may have the better deal. I have put in bold the better specs: Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor (2.80GHz, 533 FSB) vs Intel® Celeron® D Processor 320 (2.40GHz, 533 FSB) FREE UPGRADE 512MB Dual Channel 400MHz DDR SDRAM vs 256MB DDR SDRAM at 400MHz FREE Dell 720 Color Printer 1 yr AE Service vs no free printer FREE! Single Drive: 48x CD-RW Drive (the Dell Home wins this one with dual) FREE 56k modem in Dell Home 15" flat panel LCD vs 17" CRT (Dell Home save $50 with no monitor), Dell SB upgrade to 17" LCD only $80 Dell Small Business 2 year warrranty vs Dell Home 90 day warranty. The 2 year warranty covers both the CPU and monitor! Your b/f's mother would be upset if her PC broke in 6 months and she had to pay to fix it, wouldn't she? With the Dell SB deal you get a standard 2 year warranty! Dell SB price for the above better configuration is $649 - $150 rebate - - $100 internet rebate - coupons I will PM you = possible better deal. If you don't care about specs and want dirt cheap, the Dell Home at $349 is a killer deal considering the 17" CRT and no sales tax. However the Dell Small Business deal: Intel Pentium 4 vs Celeron 512MB RAM upgrade for free vs 256MB FREE color inkjet printer 15" flat panel LCD or upgrade to 17" LCD for only $80 more !!!2 YEAR WARRANTY!!! I will PM you both Dell SB coupon codes right now, good luck!

You're quite good at this I would forget about the MyPoints because they're essentially worthless (IMHO). Open a new browser window and price the same system at Dell SB which will charge you sales tax. However I have two coupon codes (no they cannot be stacked) which may save you 10 - 25% off. Let me know what the price is.
-
It's about time people start using some color! in their posts
-
You're welcome. I've used the $100 high speed internet rebate before, it's a great deal! Good news is that Dell Home does NOT collect sales tax in Indiana, only these states: Texas, Tennessee, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Virginia, Missouri, California, Wisconsin, Nevada, Michigan, Minnesota and Mississippi.
-
Can you provide a link to the MyPoints offer you saw? I may be able to save you 5% or more. Are you or your boyfriend a CitiBank credit card customer?
-
Luckycharm, You came to the right place and I might have a coupon code or two I can give away for free. I just have a few questions to help us find the right deal for you: 1) What state will this be delivered to? 2) What's your budget?

Hi Cara, Welcome to the forums, feel free to send any excess snow to Oregon :)

Unfortunately there will always will be a mob mentality when you have sensational sales (such as BF). So make sure you are wearing comfortable shoes (tennis shoes) and are ready to block, jump or even sprint to any part of the store.

We can only hope. The true GottaDeal'ers have to formulate a "game plan" when and where to go. This is serious stuff

Yes this is backwards compatible with USB 1.1 It's also Windows plug & play which is nice because it requires no drivers or software. Just plug it into the USB port and Windows instantly recognizes it as a removeable media source. Also works with Windows 98 SE and Macintosh OS 8.6+ I ordered mine before Dell runs out of inventory :)
