There are so many to choose from but thank you for the recommendation. Amazon.com had this Sony VGP-AMC1 for $18.99 but the price shot back up to $25.95 Supposedly SonyStyle stores have it in stock for $19.99 and it fits the 700m and it's 8 cell battery very nicely. -

Brings back memories That was an awesome DVD Player back in the day -
First of all I would recommend reading this, take your time it's a lot of information to absorb. 1) Yes. If a car charger is very important to you then I would suggest buying from Thomas-Distributing.com If you're not sure what model to buy and what they do give them a call at 1-800-821-2769. I just called and spoke with Molly who was very helpful and friendly. Molly and I agree that the MAHA MH-C401FS with car adapter is a perfect fit for your needs. These are very high quality batteries and charger. If you don't really need a car charger and want the best bang for your buck, go to Sam's Club. If you want high quality, the best you can buy then this is it. 2) It depends on how you use the batteries and if it's a slow or fast drain device. Call them at 1-800-821-2769 they can probably answer all your questions and then some. I have a 3 year old MAHA charger which we use a few times a month for our remotes and digicams. They're some of the best batteries and chargers you can buy.

I believe Sam's Club has an Energizer rechargeable set, definitely check them out first.

I would check ResellerRatings.com

nineofus, If you have access to a local CostCo or Sam's Club, I would suggest starting there. CostCo has a nice Panasonic rechargeable set with 6 AA's, 2 AAA's with charger for $16.99 out the door.

Meltz, Just curious why are you getting the Dimension XPS instead of the Dimension 8400 or new 9100? The Dimension XPS has bleeding edge technology best suited for hard core gamers and exclusive support. That's why they cost so much. They aren't necessarily better than the 8400/9100. If I wanted a powerful machine but also a good value I would get the 8400.

I used to but the + annoyed me so I removed everyone.

Looking for 19" LCD for gaming and such
RossMAN replied to Dud's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
Dud, The CostCo coupon doesn't mention a model number and it shows SKU 899899, which isn't valid on CostCo.com yet. If you don't mind a mail in rebate you can get a Princeton 19" for $279. There are two possible downsides to buying this LCD: 1) Warranty is only 1 year when comparable models (Dell and Samsung) are 3 years. 2) If you can wait another 2-3 months Dell might have the popular Dell UltraSharp 1905FP on sale again for around $251. It does have a slower response time but it might sell for around $251 with 3 year warranty and free shipping. If you haven't already I would recommend signing up for our Daily Deal Update and you'll be e-mailed about future Dell deals. -
HP and Kodak digicams do not measure up against Canon, Fuji, Nikon, Olympus, Sony, Konica Minolta, and Pentax.

RossMAN replied to Dud's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
CostCo without a doubt has the best return policy, on computer products it's up to 6 months. If you can wait a few weeks CostCo will have a Princeton 19" LCD with analog/DVI for $279 after coupon. It's on sale June 27 - July 3, 2005. -
yum114, Thank you for the recommendation. Although I never recommend HP or Kodak digicams this seems like a good model for Serena's needs. Review: http://www.steves-digicams.com/2004_reviews/cx7300.html $100 is a good price as Amazon.com sells it for $139.99
