No, I have ordered roughly $30,000+ of Dell equipment in the past few years. 80% of the time they usually overshoot the ship date. Then again it depends on the parts they have on hand, and other factors. I'm just sharing my 5+ years of experience in ordering from the Dell web site. My 700m which I ordered a few months ago ARRIVED a day before the expected ship date.
