    So mad!!!!

All the Kmarts in my area sold out within the 1st hour! I didnt make it there till about 9 so I was out of luck.
  2. It definately looks like Walmart was so worried about sites posting the ad...they forgot to add good stuff in there! I dont think I will be heading out at all this year, all the ads are a little (actually alot) disappointing.
  3. We still have a ton of stuff left over as well. Most of the toys are still sitting in the aisles on pallets..
  4. Mine had none! We were second in line. No globes, No GC, No nothing. Then when people started asking about the Ipod and a few other items and were told that the store we were at didnt have them..only the big Penneys did...I thought people were going to start killing the GM! I ended up walking out with an electric blacket and jammies but nothing else.
  5. I really didnt see anything that is worth running out in the snow at 5 am! Hopefully WM will have something good..otherwise, I aint goin!
  6. I assign each kid with a number. I have three daughters so I usually go backwards so dd1 is #3. Then I use a small notebook and just number the pages #1 is youngest DD and so on. I do not write down what Ive bought exactly, I use code. So if I bought a Bratz Doll, I would write Btz and the price. So if they do find the notebook, they wont understand it anyway! Then to hide the packages, I just wrap them. I dont put tags on them until christmas eve so if they do find them, they wont know whos is whos but I do because Ive numbered them in a spot on the package theat they wouldnt notice! Usually where Ive taped the package

    Christmas Trains

I want one but could never bring myself to pay for one. Im a cheapy! lol
  8. I have 3 DDs (11, 8 and 5) none of them truely believe. They only believe because Ive told them that Santa is all in thier hearts..if they want to believe in him then hes real and if they dont want to believe, then they just dont get presents from him. I have a thing about lying to my kids so when it was brought up, I couldnt lie but I definately didnt want to say "No, hes not real". So the solution was to tell them its up to them if they want to believe
  9. I agree with the homemade gifts! I do alittle something every year..Im not sure how my family feels about it but hey, its the thought that counts! Heres a link to a butt load of gifts Ive given over the last few years..all hand made or altered to suit someones tastes. Most of them were loved (or at least I think they were :) ) PM me if anyone wants instructions on anything.
  10. I usually leave here about 6 am and Im usually back by 9 or 10. BF isnt really HUGE around here.. If you get to the store around 5 theres usually only 1 or 2 people waiting. No one that camps outside all night!
  11. I have been with State Farm for the last 15 years. I have all insurance policies with them (home & cars) I love them! The payments are very much comparable to others and even though the payment isnt the cheapest it could possibly get, that little bit extra is well worth it! A few years ago my DH totaled the front end of my Beretta hitting a deer. The car was only worth $1200 book value because of its age but State Farm went ahead and paid the $1400 to have it fixed no questions asked..I had my car back 3 days after he hit the deer..as good as new and my premium didnt go up! I was amazed since they very well could have said that they would only give me what it was worth and junk the car but they didnt. I would never go anywhere else!
  12. THis actually comes..I got mine the other day.
  13. Wow! Those are some great deals. Wish I could go!
  14. I wrap everything..always in the same paper. But I use about 15 different kinds of paper so its colorful and fun looking under the tree. The kids just assume that the clothes are from Mom and Dad and the toys are from Santa. I dont wrap anything in the stockings though. When we get up, DH and I sit and drink one cup of coffee and thats when the girls are allowed to open thier stockings. Gives us time to wake up and gives them something to quench the anticipation a bit. Presents have to wait until the adults eyes are open before thier allowed to be touched.
  15. For the first time ever..Im all done! Stocking stuff is even seperated by kid!
