Anyone else have anything canceled today? It hasn't been 10 days, I guess they just knew they wouldn't be getting any in (it was the hoodie, the PJ's are already here). The good news is they are sending me a $10 eGift Card. I could really care less about a $4 hoodie so that is nice of them.

Because many other companies and individuals use Amazon's virtual market front to sell their items. The item with the 'big' discount is being sold by someone else. They entered the description. The other one is sold by Amazon with their description.

Just wanted to add, in case you did not realize, this is not something that works by itself with the Wii. It is a holder for the Wii controller and Nun chuck that turns them into a zapper. Still something seems kind of cool about that to me.

Now you thought this was going to be a rant didn't you? Well then you would be wrong. For all the complaints I hear about Wal Mart almost all my experiences have been positive. I ordered two of the digital photo frames from the website on BF. Box came today with only one frame in it. Called CS and the new one is already on it's way no questions asked! The CS rep was very polite, friendly and helpful. Way to go Wal Mart!

I got a email mentioning a delay. No mention of canceling. Received one pair of PJ's and one hoodie, wiating on one pait of pj's and one hoodie.

Okay, so one of the packages that Amazon said was coming Tuesday and UPS said was coming Wednesday came today. Weird!

Okay, this is not really a complaint as the only reason that I got the free month of Prime is so that when the 'Hot' toy deals start I can just click - click order without having to build up to $25 for FSS. But I do have a question about this supposed two day shipping. First off I know from experience that the estimated delivery date on the Amazon page is not always accurate. To get the correct date you have go directly to he shipper. Now when I first signed up for prime I ordered something. They said it would arrive in two days and it did (ordered on Sunday came on Tuesday). Both UPS and Amazon showed the same thing. So anyway I ordered several small packages over the past weekend starting last Friday. Amazon says stuff I ordered Friday should be here Tuesday or Wednesday. Stuff that was ordered the same day they say is coming on two different days? That is the first mystery. Now I go to UPS to check it out and it shows everything arriving on Wednesday. Now some stuff was sent two day air and some ground. With PRIME are they not supposed to send everything two day air? So anyway, stuff I ordered Friday says it is coming Wed, stuff I ordered Saturday is coming Wednesday, stuff I ordered a matter of a half-hour ago SAYS it is coming Wednesday (according to Amazon-UPS has not even picked it up). Perhaps this was all fouled up because of the holiday. So I guess what I would like to know is this--What does two day shipping actually mean? Again, not that I am complaining, I mean we used wait 6-8 weeks for mail order stuff. I think Amazon is great. I just would like to know as it gets closer to Christmas how much wiggle room I have with my shipping times.

Well I almost went to a store that didn't exsist! I had thought about going to OD to get the laptop. It was wayon the other side of town where I don't often go. Then I drove by today and saw it was Office Max! Glad I didn't get up at 3 AM and discover this!

So did I miss it? Went to Amazon and they only have them available from other sellers.

So the ad says something about 'our biggest inventory yet'. I am thinking about getting a Wii as a family gift this Christmas. Problem is I have about decided to go after the Office Depot laptop. So what is the availability of Wii like now? I know it used to be really hard to find. If I go later in the morning do you think they will still have them? Or even if they sell out is there a good chance I could get one between now and Christmas?

Do you guys know for sure that the $350 laptop is with a mail-in-rebate. Or are yu just saying that is how Office Depot 'usually' does things? I am interested in this laptop but I am not messing with any rebates

That was the case here too but now ALL the stores are closing even those who previously were not.

Now that I can agree with. If they don't have the deals you are looking for why bother fighting the crowds? I don't like fighting the crowds myself. I will be going out for what is probably only the second or third time EVER for BF this year. I'm usually at home tracking down the online deals. That said, I need a new laptop so, unless I get one online, it looks like BF will be my best chance.

And if your car got stolen at the local bank, church, library or elementary school would it be their fault? Most retail establishments, public parking lots, and garages have disclaimers that they are not responsible for the cars or their contents. Why? Because they know that there are bad people out there. The scum of the earth who will take things from you anytime, anywhere. Now, if it was a WM employee who stole the car, took it apart, and resold it in the automotive section then that would be a different story :)

And why is it wrong for anyone, including WM, to take the necessary actions to avoid losing money? You said it yourself, BB undercut Walmart, ergo WM lost MONEY. No matter how big or small your business is the point of a BUSINESS is to make money. Was it wrong of BB to undercut WM? No, they had the opportunity and they took it! Is it wrong of WM to take the lesson and learn from it? Again, no. Honestly, I get so tired of these "Walmart is evil", "I hate Walmart", "I NEVER shop at Walmart" lines. For the number of very vocal people who supposedly 'never' shop at WM they sure seem to do a good business! Does it suck that we can't see their ad a month in advance? Sure it does, but it is their business and their right to do what they want with it.

And just like that it's gone! went back and it's $112 now. Shopping cart no longer says 'in stock'. Maybe I just wasn't fast enough. If someone did get it, wow did they get a deal! Just went to Amazon to see the video. Search page loaded with a price of something like $114 (from 'other seller') Clicked on the link and it came up as $11.99! Sadly when I tried to order it it said 'out of stock' and moved it to my saved items list. The weird thing is that it is sitting down there in the saved items list and showing as 'in stock'. Still can't add it to my cart however. (This was from another seller as well, not Amazon)

Well on the opposite end of the 'mail in the cord' spectrum, my parents lost the power cord to their brand new Black and Decker Deep Fat Fryer (probably got knocked into the trash or something). They call B&D about a replacement CORD and a few days later a package arrived and it was a brand new fryer! On a similar note soon after my wife and I moved into a new house (new for us, old house) the water heater broke. Had no idea how on it had been there, couldn't reach the previous owners. So I called the company to see if they had it in there records and without any questions except for my name and city the CSR gives me a code to take to Lowes and get a brand new one! Sometimes it pays off to ask!

I don't know what went wrong with yours but the air is supposed to leak out of the seams. There are warnings on it to not try to seal them. It would explode if you did! The thing that I find humorous about all of the slides/ bouncers sold by TRU is that the ads are always so obviously Photo Shopped. The size of the kids in proportion to the size of the slide makes the slide look huge!

Are you currently connected to your 'default' printer? It actually prints the coupon automaticaly. Never asks what printer you want to use, or what settings. Just prints. I don't like this. I have a laptop and print from many different locations. Just at work I could be printing on any of 6 different printers depending on where I am in the building. I have 13 different printers on my print menu!
