I have to say that the speakers that are mounted in monitors sound worse than a clock radio (at least the ones I've heard). There really only useful for system beeps and system announcements... You'll never want to listen to music or watch a DVD using them. Just my , of course.

I would bet it's another phishing attempt! You could change your password, just to be sure...

Don't forget, you'll be able to change your user title too, if you want.

http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B0006V2CC2.01-A3NXBLLSBZLQPH._SCMZZZZZZZ_.jpg This looks to be a good one. I used to love doing yo-yo tricks, up through high school (they returned as a fad, everone had them): http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0006V2CC2 ($10.00) You can find plenty of others worthwhile... Just make sure they have a ball-bearing. It's a fun toy that your child can stick in a coat pocket...

That probably only confirms to the Spammers that your e-mail address is a legitmate one and will lead to more Spam in your e-mail inbox. http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/Marcster2005/Smileys/bewarespam.gif Besides the "bogus numbers" you give them might be real numbers for someone else out there...

I've never heard of Princeton monitors... However, the Analog and DVI refers to the type of inputs the monitor is able to process... Analog input has been around since before Windows 95. DVI (digital video input) is relatively new and only found on moderate-to-high-end video cards released in the last 1.5 years or so... How about this: http://www.gottadeal.com/Deal/13313 http://ak.buy.com/db_assets/prod_images/458/202043458.jpg Great price with no rebate hassle - Buy.com has the Acer AL1912s 19" TFT LCD Flat Panel Display for a low $239.99 with free shipping. Acer has been around for a long time... They're the "Chevy" of the computer world. And $239.99 shipped is closer to your target price of $200 or less. It does not have a DVI input, if that matters to you...

Many digital MP3 players can double as a flash drive. The reason is that when they are connected to the computer, many of them show up as a drive letter under My Computer. You can load them up with pictures, text files, etc. and use the digital MP3 player to move them over to another computer... An MP3 (MPEG-1 Audio Layer-3) file is about one tenth the size of the original audio file but the sound is nearly CD-quality. Because of their small size and good fidelity MP3 files have become a popular way to store music files on both computers and portable devices (such as iPod). Developed by Microsoft, Windows Media Audio (WMA) is a competing compressed audio format to MP3. Microsoft claims that WMA features better audio quality for the same file size as a comparable MP3 file. Files may be recorded on CD-R or CD-RW media for playback in compatible DVD players and computers. Files are usually named as "*.wma". http://www.palgrave.com/strategy/mp3.htm For some really dry reading material: http://www.digitalpreservation.gov/formats/fdd/fdd000027.shtml

That might work though... A lot of kids listen to the same sing-a-longs over and over...

That's a tall order! Usually the deals for free razr(s) require a two year contract (Amazon.com comes to mind). I've heard (on another forum) of people getting amazing cell phone deals at independent cell phone dealers in various Chinatowns around the country. If there is one nearby, that might be a consideration.

You're right, my mistake... I was thinking of Robinsons-May! However, Hecht's is owned by May Company, along with Macy's, Robinsons-May, Strawbridges, David's Bridal, and a bunch of other places: http://www2.mayco.com/common/index.jsp To find a Hecht's near you: http://www.hechts.com/common/locator.jsp?dicCode=WB&cm_re=0525-_-hpcs-_-crdt

Ross -- so the difference between us is approx. 10K posts, but I am posting 20 more per day than you. At this rate, I'll overtake you on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 (500 days from today). I don't know if that's a good thing.

Of course, the forum for the 12 step program would probably be just as addictive as this place is...
