Secondhand Lions... OMG... Any age will love this movie... old to young... ok.. well maybe not tiny ones... but everyone can find something to enjoy about this... I would also recommend the Shrek movies... and Transformers...Alvin and the Chipmonks... those are a few.. i know we as a family from ages... 5-59... have sat down and watched together.

The clerk that checked me out last time told me that the more i put in my email address.. the better coupons i would get... not sure why... but thats wha she said.

I found a nice treat in the mail today... a new BBW card.. for $10 off of any purchase... Did anyone else get this?? This is the first one like this I have ever gotten... I was tickled pink..

This is what we do when we go to a Pizza Hut or Mazzios... we order our pizza, then get 2 2lts of what ever soda is agreed upon and get glasses of ice. The 2lts are about 1.89 so.. its a LOT cheaper than 6 drinks at 1.50 or higher. None of the places have seemed to mind yet.

I googled discount codes for Sea World when we went last summer in San Antonio... LOWES.. was the best price i found. I think american express had a discount code as well... butnot sure.

I usually have to combine it with a survey coupon... but it can happen.. Just have to watch.

My dh used to work in collections... and a cease and desist letter is exactly what you do. You also can send a letter so they dont call you at work. However, the letter for collection calls at home is only good for a certian amount of time.

Went to Aldi today and they are clearancing out Christmas toys.... I bought the train table set for $40. It was the display model... and the hard part is already put together... AND... it comes with an extra table top and another set of train toys, tracks, and people. We almost bought this at Christmas... but I wouldnt pay over $100, that it was listed at.

Tulsa, Ok Target at 71st went 90% off this morning at about 8:30 am.... they had a ton of stuff.... I was kind of surprised. Christmas stuff.... toys were 30% and 50% still.

Well... my mil is getting a box of Sonic Drive In straws and sugar free honey, last year it was sugar free oatmeal. She is borderline diabetic, so I always look for something funky to feed her sweet tooth. My dh is getting... a clorox bleach pen and a whoppie cushion.

Maglite... small one is good... can fit in a glove compartment or back pack. The camera is a good idea too, or an mp3 player. We all have scandisk mp3 players... and we love them and arent as expensive as the ipod. Also, the windup flashlights are good too. Does he have his own car yet? My husband got me this powerstation thingy that has jumper cables on it and it will jump start a car and has a power outlet on it to charge cell phones and small things. That might be handy if he is going to be away from home. Then he doesnt have to rely on someone if the car battery goes dead.

ROLFMAO.... Yes... Sonic Straws... she has a germ phobia thing... but loves wrapped straws... like the ones you get from Sonic... because they are heavier... and dont crack as easy as the bag of straws from Walmart.... and they are wrapped.... I bought them from the cute little car hop... they charged me $3.00 for the box... and I tipped her the other $2.00. She was tickled pink... lol... I cant wait to give them to mil... she will crack up... this is the same lady I gave a cow skull to one year... lol... she likes weird stuff..

Ok... she cooks... how about some Paula Dean cookbooks... does she like to try new things... get her a subscription to taste of home magazine.... and put a card in a gift basket.... saying what you got her... and then fill the basket with funky, odd, cooking gadgets... lol.. I got my mil a mango slicer and a box of sonic straws for her stocking...

Just an idea... this is what we did with my ds12 and his cell phone. He started heading down hill and rocking the boat. We made him sign a behavior/school contract. If grades stay above a B and you hand in all your work (no zeros) you get your cell phone. If grades drop at progress report time, you lose it til the next progress report time. We havent given him any "big" things in awhile, because he hasnt earned them. We made our Wii a family gift. lol... you are going to want to do that... so everyone can play.... but put conditions on the other stuff. Id give him the smaller stuff and use some of the games/cds and such as incentives for progress or good behavior. If your having behavior issues at home, id make a contract at home as well. It seemed to help here since it was clearly designed to tell him EXACTLY what was expected in black and white... no wiggle room.... we just refer him back to the contract he signed when there is an issue....

Does she use a computer? If so... get her a subscription to Blockbuster online. I know my mom loves movies... and books....

hum... I got my stuff from TRU... infact i got one yesterday... in my mailbox.... and the other is on its way.... they may have taken it to my local post office... and then sent it with the rural carrier

I got mine on bf from best buy and it was 20 or 15, not sure which... lol.. I had a lot of stuff that day.

I can tell you this, I have done the survey then printed my coupon, and the lady took it when I checked out. So I would print more than one, just in case.
