  1. Halfway mark might be too soon to be recovered lol. I’ll be back around Prime Day in July

    B & H Photo

I've been kinda considering that one as well today. If it was the space gray version I don't know if I could resist.
  3. Spend it before they take it away
  4. Up to 54 people entered so far. The number keeps growing... Maybe this will be the only contest next year, haha. Anyone who doesn't win one from this contest will need to buy one
  5. 6. https://www.samsclub.com/sams/pagedetails/content.jsp?pageName=cyber-week-catalog starts tonight at midnight EST
  7. 33 people entered so far. I'm sure we'll see some people come back tonight/tomorrow for Cyber Monday and they'll see the thread and join in as well.

  9. We need a name for the group of members who make it all the way. Maybe even a little achievement badge under your avatar or something too I probably should have posted this before BF was over since there are likely a lot of people who left after BF and won't ever see this thread until next year, but they aren't part of the cool kids club anyway, haha
  10. Ulta Cyber Monday sale starts tonight at 9pm CST: http://www.ulta.com/cybermonday/
  11. That’s what I mentioned about timing it right by posting before and after midnight. Problem is by waiting until month’s end, something could come up on that last day of that month and cause you to forget to do it...
  12. There likely won’t be free shipping until the next 30% code starts on 12/10. They have free shipping on only $25 now though, so that’s not bad.
  13. I can see it now... there’s so many people that get free shirts from this that there’s nobody left to enter the regular t-shirt contests next year At least on December 1st I’ll know the maximum number of shirts I might have to give away. Will be interesting to see how many drop off each month. Another option is to make a special color of the shirts just for those who complete this challenge. Hmmmm...
  14. Yes, for the last several years we have kept a Black Friday forum open all year long, so we're good.
  15. Now if you time it right, you could do 2 months worth the same night and only have to visit half the number of times, but all it takes is one slip up and you're done...
  16. I debated doing once per week but I knew nobody would be that dedicated. It's my own site and there are weeks when even I don't come here haha
  17. Update: It's now December 1st and the contest is closed to new entrants (so trying to sneak in with a post now won't work ) As of the end of November there are 71 members still eligible to win a shirt.
  18. 3 members (cwashi3324, lilwywy, ssheils) never replied to their "shirt winner" PMs this year so you didn't get your shirt. If you read this, PM me next year when things start going and I'll put you on the list for a 2018 shirt.
  19. It won't be posted here. Once BF is over, we don't post leaked ads because, frankly, there isn't many worth leaking. Sometimes the Flipp app will show ads the day before so maybe check there.
  20. Yes, that is Monday. They have some titles up to 80% off tomorrow but Monday is "The biggest Kindle Daily Deal of the year, up to 85% off" These should be the titles on sale (sale prices aren't shown yet): http://www.amazon.com/s/browse/?ie=UTF8&node=6165845011
  21. Some thoughts: On Cyber Monday, you should be able to combine the current 20% off sitewide code BUYNOW20 with $10 off $50 sitewide code MONDAY. $50 purchase would drop to $32 (36% off) $75 purchase would drop to $52 (31% off) $100 purchase would drop to $72 (28% off) So higher discounts than the regular 30% off code if you are spending $75 or less, but no Kohl's Cash to earn. However if the sale prices are better on Cyber Monday, then that becomes the better day to shop. And if you don't have a Kohl's Charge, then these discounts are much bigger than you're normally used to. - And then if you order late at night on the 9th, you might be able to use expiring 20% off toys code TOPTOY20 and new 30% off Kohl's Charge code JOLLY30 and earn Kohl's Cash as well.

  24. * Tomorrow all the threads from the "Online Black Friday Sales" and "Posted Black Friday Ads" subforums will be moved to the appropriate individual store sub-forums for further discussion and those 2 forums will be removed. * The remaining Black Friday forums (this main BF forum & the store-specific boards) along with the Holiday Discussion board will remain open until the end of the year at which point they'll all be combined into one forum and archived with the other years. We'll once again keep one Black Friday forum open all year for any discussion that pops up. * As for Cyber Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Week, because Cyber Monday has become "Cyber Week" with sales already starting tonight, and because we don't receive much information ahead of time as far as exactly what items will be for sale, we don't have a dedicated Cyber Monday forum. * Instead, we'll be posting Cyber Week sales information in the main year-round Online Hot Deals forum, and we invite you to please share whatever Cyber Week deals you find there as well. This way there will be only one forum to check for online deals instead of two. Of course you can also check the GD home page for the latest sales & deals too. This is all the same as we've done in the past, so nothing new this year
  25. Anyone have any interest in watching this year's webcasts in the future? I downloaded them all and can upload them to the GD YouTube channel (that we never use) if anyone thinks they might want to see them down the road. Otherwise they'll be on Livestream's site until the first week of January. Big thanks to Dev and Ray for doing the webcasts this year
