What specific URL are you trying to use?

It looks like the $3.99 rate is a limited membership that would only let you play the music on whatever one device you signed up with, such as the Fire TV Stick or Echo Dot. You wouldn't have access on other devices.

From what I remember it's more of a week-long sale similar to their other big sales during the year. Free shipping was still at $49 last year.

Shipping update: all outstanding orders & prize shirts have been shipped as of 10 minutes ago Sizing update: as I predicted, I am now down to about a dozen XL shirts left. All other sizes are gone. The remaining shirts are available for purchase for another week or so. Thanks to everyone who bought shirts this year - you (and the t-shirt club members) cleaned me out much earlier than anticipated. It's tough to predict demand and size ratios each year. Might look into more of a print-on-demand setup for next time but I don't want prices to be much higher than they are.

I don't think they've had free shipping for cardholders on BF, at least not in the last 5+ years. Supposedly when they start their new rewards program next year if you have MVC status you'll get free shipping on all orders all year long, not just during 30% off sales.
