Amazon doesn't have them in stock anymore (at least not the white versions). They come with a "Trio of soft silicone earbuds fit a wide range of ears" so you should be set with one of the three sizes I'd think.

Sounds like these would have been a perfect fit for you. It's really too bad you missed out. I actually posted a deal here on the forum for them over a week ago when they were even cheaper - around $25 shipped.
I really don't know of any other model of clip-on headphone/radio like this. You could always wait and keep checking to see if they get more in stock (people might have ordered and then cancelled). Otherwise you'll need to go to a regular pocket radio, something like one of these:

This item was in stock when I posted the deal this morning - you must have just missed itHi all, I am new here, I have been looking for a small FM radio and this looked decent enough. Unfortunately tweeters site says not available for online purchase. And the closest one to me is several states away.
So any other good recommendations for a small, cheap FM radio. It needs to be somewhat loud, since I will be using it in a noisy environment. But I don't want to sacrifice volume for sound quality. I originally bought a very cheap(5 dollars) radio from RS. I didn't ecpect much from it, and thats what I got. It performs well as low volume, but if you crank it up to be able to hear it, it sounds really bad, most of the time you can't make out what they are saying.
As for another radio, do you have a price range? If you are willing to spend $30-40, I'd look at the Sangean line of pocket radios. I believe Amazon.com carries a few of them. If you want something cheaper, let me know and I'll see if I can find something. But like you said, you get what you pay for. I think I saw a Panasonic model at Amazon for $9.99 a week or so ago that got good customer reviews.

I think the general feeling is that it is an average device. Although the price has dropped significantly since it first came out.
If you want something better, look into the Roku Soundbridge. I was able to pick one up (M1000 model) at Best Buy for $149 a few months ago, but it's still sitting in the box cause I haven't had time to play with it yet.

If you want/need the remote, then get this one. If you are going to build a Windows MCE 2005 machine, then get the other one and then get a dedicated MCE remote (around $30).

From the site: The MCE versions do not come with a remote control or an MPEG video decoder. If you are building Media Center systems, please check with Microsoft for their latest list of compatible remote control and MPEG decoders.
But you can still use the MCE versions with Myth, Beyond, Sage, etc...

The stanard WinTV-PVR150 cards are basically the same as this model - just with one tuner (and FM, IIRC).What cards would you suggest instead? How much and is it worth it to upgrade to MCE? Wouldn't Sage (and others) be a better option?

Note the differences between the regular and MCE versions. If you are going to use MCE, then stick with the MCE versions, otherwise you might want to go with the "regular" versions since they come with remote and more software.

Of course if you have the slots available, it's a little cheaper to use 2 separate cards (WinMCE2005 supports up to 3), but if you are using a microATX case with limited PCI slots, this is the perfect option.

Keep in mind that the picture is a little misleading - this case is pretty big for a desktop case. Being that it fits full-size ATX motherboards, full height PCI cards, etc...
If you want something for an HTPC, look at the Antec Minuet which is for microATX boards and only fits half-height PCI/AGP cards, which could be a deal-breaker for some.
