Are you sure you are looking at both sections of the ad? There is one file with the "early bird" scans and another with the regular ad items. I believe those 2 items are in the regular section.

I've made some changes to the shopping list feature (and the GottaPoints store) which should hopefully fix some of the problems. The main problem people are having is because they are not checking the "remember me" box when they log into the forum. I've made it the default now, so it will automatically be checked for you. Once you do that, the cookie is set and you should have no problem accessing the shopping list and GottaPoints store.

Getting .ca domains was too much of a hassle the last time I checked. I do have gottadeal.co.uk registered though :)

Well I have the domain, don't know when or if anything will ever be up. I'm sure you've noticed that there are very few Canadian deal sites - the likely reason being that there are an extremely small number of canadian retailers who a) have good enough web sites and (more importantly) have affiliate programs for those sites. You have Dell and Amazon and that's about it, so you see deals for the same stores posted over and over again (much like RedFlagDeals which is a very good site). But we're going to look at the idea sometime early next year and see what we can do :)

No, the Dell coupons on the site are not usable in Canada. That one is in the regular (non-"early bird") ad scan. It's hard to make out the specs, but I believe it's very similar to the one for $398 - also a Sempron.

Google alerted me as well. Looks like a lot of the local stations picked up on the CNN story.
