The "select other" sets are NOT listed in the ad so we have no idea what they are.

Correct. That looks like a hard concept for a lot of people to grasp.

Looks like the PDF version is screwed up. I tried to re-create it and the same thing happened. I'd advise everyone to download the zip version until I get it fixed.
