Yeah a lot of the items are still in processing (judging by the stats from our Amazon sales through the site). With the weekend, things ordered Wed-Fri might not ship until Monday or Tuesday.

You can post & discuss after-Christmas sales in the Offline Deals board once this forum closes :)

Of course we have hundreds of new deals each week posted here on the site, so if you are sticking around, you're going to get great deals all year round :)

Also a few more things: 1. The BF site itself will be converted to an "archived" version in the next few days. The ad lists will still be up, but your shopping lists won't be available so if, for whatever reason, you want to do anything with your shopping list, do it in the next day: http://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/list.php. This archived version of the BF site will be up for a few weeks/months, at least until the end of the year. 2. The actual Black Friday scans (which you can get here: http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=15792) will be removed before the end of the year, so if you need to save them for whatever reason, do so now. If later on you need some information from one of the ads, send me a PM and I'll look it up. 3. On Monday, things will pretty much be "back to normal" here on GD. RossMAN and I will be on the forum, but (at least speaking for myself) maybe not as much as I was in the weeks leading up to BF. So if you post something that needs our attention and we don't get to it as quickly as we have been doing, you'll know why :) Also most new deals we post will be in the regular deal forums, so if you have stayed here in the BF forum for the last 2 months, you might want to check out the other boards. 4. Kind of off-topic but the drawings for the charity contest and the last 2 gift cards will be held on 11/30. We'll have some new contests very soon as well as some new items added to the GottaPoints store.

Just to give you all a heads up as to what we are going to be doing: Sometime tomorrow we are going to be merging the Black Friday and Holiday Discussion forums into one (basically just bringing the 200+ threads from the holiday board to this one) and renaming it to something more generic like "Holidays & Holiday Shopping". That "new" merged board will be for continuing your discussion of: - Black Friday - holiday shopping & sales - general holiday discussion Like last year, we'll keep that board open until shortly after the first of the year, at which point it will be closed (you'll still be able to read the old posts) and archived like the 2004 board currently is. All the other boards on the forum will be remaining open, and we may be adding one or two more boards depending on the traffic the forum is getting. Next year's BF site will have an expanded forum section, with a few new subforums to hopefully keep things a little more organized, but that's a long ways away and I don't even want to think about it just yet If you have any questions, reply to this thread and let us know :)

do a seach - this has been discussed in several other threads. since GD is a deal site all year round, we'll have the best cyber monday deals posted on the main GD site (and in the daily deals board here on the forum). just don't expect $379 laptops, etc...

Nothing really "dedicated" to CM. I'm sure there will be some discussion on the forum about it, but considering we are an online deals site every day of the year, nothing really will change. We might have more deals posted on the main site on Monday, but that would basically be the extent of it. I don't really see any really hot deals (we aren't going to see $379 no-rebate laptop deals online Monday) - more or less a scheme by the e-tailers to try and get people buying.

And it's not like it said "in stock" on the regular page - you had to do that whole replacement plan "trick" to get the order to go through. They likely never had any to begin with, so nobody should be too mad about it. I was hoping maybe they'd send people $5-10 GCs to make up for it, but I guess not.
