I haven't ordered online before but the code worked on "red line" sale items that ended in .99

I ordered 2 exercise tops, one pair of shorts and one pair of workout capris. When I added the code a message came up that it didn't work on redline items or items ending in .99 but everything I ordered ended in .99 so it is working on those items!
