I would really check out what some of the smaller carriers are offering. No doubt that Verizon has the best national network, but many smaller carriers have excellent coverage in their regions and have partnerships with others allowing their customers to travel anywhere. Metro PCS and Cricket both offer great values and most plans come with unlimited features (minutes, texting, internet) so no worrying about going over on the internet. Do some research and think about what you really use, good chance you'll come out ahead with someone smaller.

It often links to a version that is easier to print. You could post that link I think. I just checked to see if I got that email to try and I didn't, sorry!

I agree that this would suit their needs. You may suggest that someone else buy them an external hard drive. I use mine to store all my pictures and music. Its great in case something goes wrong (and I've killed a few computers) and to just keep this hard drive clean. When it is plugged into the usb port, it works as if its on the computer. Oh btw, this does not have a cd/dvd drive. External ones are available. I haven't had a need for one, but just an fyi.

Just wanted to say that I love this computer and it is a GREAT deal (if its what you need of course). I bought this for about $100 more a few months back. I'm using it right now. It does everything I need! I was in a crunch and really didn't want to buy an expensive laptop and size is important to me, I like ti small. I already had a 11" so it wasn't hard to adjust down. But I am a small lady. My large fiance' has a hard time typing, on it, but he makes it work. For web design and photo editing, it can get frustrating that it is such a small monitor. But I have adjusted or if I have a lot to do I use my fiance's desk top. Anyway, I was worried that I would waste my money on this, but I love it! Just wanted anyone else to know. The reviews on amazon had sold me, so check them out. If you're worried about the typing, you may stop by an Office Depot or Staples and check it out or another netbook. HTH!:)

I was in there today and got a pair of shoes. They were regular $29.99 and yellow tagged for $20.00. I bought them because I am looking for some blue shoes for my wedding, but it didn't seem like a great clearance deal. Is this normal?

Is this good on sale or clearance items? I would assume so, but it says not valid with other discounts. They probably mean other coupons, but I wanted to check. I don't shop there, but with this coupon I may go get my brother a bday present a little early.

Its a personal preference, but I'm not a huge fan of opening / closing credit cards. But I got a 80gb PS3 for my boyfriend for about $280 by going through live.com and getting 30% back on a buy it now purchase on ebay. I also got Metal Gear with it. I had to wait 60 days for my cash back, but it is now back in my paypal account so I'm really glad I did it.

I didn't want a netbook either, but decided to get the Acer Aspire One. I am using it now and love it. If you don't want a small computer, then this isn't for you, but if it was the harddrive (my reason for not wanting one) this one has 160gb. Definitely not for everyone, it is still very small, but works for me. :) Amazon has them on sale today.

Wow, I would buy a ton of El Chico too. That used to be our favorite hang out when I lived near one. None in my city though . Eastbay has 20% off gift cards right now (and I think they do this pretty often). My bf always wants a gift card for Christmas b/c he buys a lot of sports stuff from there. I think I'm going to buy one then use it on my brothers. You can often get 20% off your order to, so if you pay with a discounted gift card that's a double bonus! Today they have $25 off $99 purchase.

A friend wants gift cards for her wedding shower. I know Eastbay has 20% off theirs, but that's not a good wedding gift. Anyone know of a good way to get a discounted gift card?
