TIA!When you click on shopping bag, you should see a white box in the upper right hand corner that says: Enter key code or promotional code (optional): Enter it there. If that box doesn't show up, try logging out of your account and then when you go to sign back in, below your username and password, the box for the key code should show up and you can enter it there, Hope that helps! I just added a Bitty Baby to my cart and it worked just fine - takes $10.00 off (Bitty is over $30).
