dmcginty
:confused:Can anyone give me recommendations for an inexpensive camcorder for a teenager and a really good ice crushing blender? Thank you all so much!!!
tokanm
I think DS has an Aiptek camcorder..got it at Kohls last year, works great except it eats batteries like candy We have the magic bullet and it crushes ice into slush..they now have knock off versions that look identical..maybe you could get a generic one? dmcginty
The blender is for my brother, he likes to make smoothies with frozen fruit. He has burned up the motor in several blenders already.
Rockfordmom
They sell a smoothie maker for just that, I got my son one a couple years ago, it was around the same price as a blender but specifically made for smoothies & chopping ice
freesia39
If you have a limitless budget for the blender... consider the Blendtec. http://www.blendtec.com/ Sadly the cheapest one is 400 bucks. But the best thing is "WILL IT BLEND?!" where they take random stuff, put it in the Blendtec blender and see if it will blend. http://www.willitblend.com/ The iphone one is pretty funny and yet sad. Catrinaf25
I would say the Flip camcorders are pretty good they also have one like the flip at walmart for $30 and it has amazing good reviews on youtube.

wldfire68
Aiptek P-HD Camcorder for $88 bucks at Target. This is a pretty good deal! I think the HD ones usually are around 150. The Kitchen-aid blender has held up nicely to making margaritas for a few years now...

Ch4oS
I've seen some small camcorders being sold online for a good price, they seem rather generic though so not too sure about the quality. But they do look pretty cool, and might come in handy for when you're on a trip and don't want to lunge around a standard sized thing. So that might be worth looking into, not sure of any specific stores but on eBay you should be able to find them.
