Target.com

 

We haven't heard anything official, but I believe Target starts their online sale on Thanksgiving day. Anyone remember what they did last year?

I can't remember what they did last year, but I hope that's the case this year. I'd dearly love to have the bulk of my purchases made before the pre-dawn hours of BF.

Just wanted to let you all know if you go to the ad on Target's website and click on the items you want, it will tell you if it's available in stores only or online. Also, it appears some items are already available at the advertised price. I'm not sure if that means the sale price has already or been applied or if that's the regular price.

Is there a placement map for Target like the one for Wal-Mart? I know the most frustrating thing is to have to search the store for the sale items when they are no where near the department they would normally be in. Can anyone help with this?

the only issue I have with Target.com is their extreme shipping costs. Its outrageous what they charge for something that's less than 1 pound in weight, so I have not bought from them in like 6 years. Now, if they offered free shipping and I was able to get the Leapster Game & Clone Wars monopoly game at BF prices, I would buy those online and just get my batteries at the store.

 

Plus, I have my other half of my 10% shopping day (the save 10% off online) that I could use. Already used the in-store 10% off cert.

Target.com is offering free shipping on two of the items I need on Black Friday. If the free shipping continues......til Friday at least (I am hoping) I can get two of the items I need ordered at Target.com, use my 10% off code and get two gifts taken care of.

Rats nothing I want is going to be online. I do not have a target within 30 miles of me and I have a gift card I want to use. Oh well maybe they will have other things online later. I will have to wait. I really wanted to get the guitar hero. But I do not want to drive and I have so many stores I will never make it. I wanted several items and every one I clicked on said not avail online

where did you get 10% codes?

 

I have a Target Visa. For every 1000 points I accumulate, I get a 10% off shopping day in store. I also get a code for 10% off online. My current one expires on Black Friday. I already used my other 10% off (the store one).

 

And there are occasional codes for Target.com, but 10% off ones, outside of the 1000 points one, are rare.

If the two things I need to buy are available at BF prices tomorrow AND they are available at that price tomorrow, I may just order them tomorrow.

The $11.88 DVD's are available now on Amazon for $11.99. I will gladly pay the extra .11 per movie to get them delivered to me :)

the two things for my nephews I can get on target.com and get free shipping. I still will go to the brick and mortar Target on Friday possibly for batteries, but I can get their presents online at least.

It isn't in the ad, but online they have the Sonly BDP-S350 Blu-ray player for 199. It is $20 more than Kmart's price, but Kmart.com is sold out so this is the next best price. You do have to pay shipping, but with $5 coupons or the 10% AAA discount, you would get this for close to the Kmart price even with shipping.

I don't know for sure if either of those will be available for purchase online at Target or not.

 

However, if you don't mind paying $0.01 more per season you can get the House Dvd's on Amazon NOW, but alas, it's not really more because you don't have to pay tax at Amazon. And if you order both seasons, you would get free shipping because your order would be over $25 (unless you are a Prime member, and either would be free shipping).

Got the items I needed to order for two of my nephews purchased and I got free shipping on both of them. And my 10% off promotional code helped me as well. I still have to stop at Brick and Mortar store tomorrow, but at least the two gifts are taken care of that were available online.
