manomelissa Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 Buyer beware, this game has bad reviews on ZDnet, CNet, Gamespot and Gamezone. Maybe at $10 it won't be so bad, but certainly not worth $50.
bpr Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 Yeah, I just looked at a review and it got a 3.5 out of 10 on the Wii and a 3.0 on the PS2. A lot of times when a game is rated low like this they are marked down just to get rid of them. Sometimes I think reviewers are a little harsh, but sometimes they are right too. But younger kids probably don't care, only your older gamers.
Cinnamonhuskies Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 the ds version is only $4.98.....got it for a stocking stuffer for my son.
shoppingfever Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 Bought 4 for all the nephews and our ds although we got him a PS3, he still will have his PS2 to play this on when his dad hogs the PS3! LOL Thanks so much, OP!
tmnt Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 This game rocks!!!!!!! GF bought it for me back in September for my b-day and I loved it to death!!!! HUGE fans of The Mummy series, like myself, will love this game despite the negative ratings it has received. They even negatively reviewed The Mummy Returns for the ps2 back in '01 and I loved that one also!!! Just played a little bit of it the other day and seven years after it's initial release I still can't put the controller down!!!!!!
