shopping4my3son
I was looking at some pressure cookers and see some are stainless steel and others are aluminum. Does anyone know if one is better than the other? Any other info on them would be nice also. Thanks
tokanm
I know QVC sells them all the time, they have different styles and sizes. I believe thatthey are Cooks Essentials..which is QVC's name brand. There are customers reviews etcand lots of info on their website www.qvc.com
rachealb
hmm.... I think mine is stainless steel? Love it, don't use it too much, but for certain recipes it is a must have. I believe the Ball website has quite a bit of pressure cooker info and recipes, stuff like that, Kerr also, their combined website has a lot of preserving ideas. You can also do a web search and find lots of pressure cooker info. Oh yeah, when I got mine, it came with a whole booklet that had all kinds of great info

lostinmotherhd
If you plan on using it alot with tomato and acidic products go with stainless. I've seen aluminum pit.
