lisamag
actually it's 3 items you have to buy, still it's a nice deal. Get 25% Off when you pick 3 (Any Nintendo DS System + One DS Accessory + One DS Game) http://www.toysrus.com/search/index.jsp?kwCatId=&kw=nintendo%20nintendo%20ds%20lite&origkw=nintendo%20ds%20lite&f=Taxonomy/TRUS/2254197&sr=

berliner95
Thanks for the great deal! One major Christmas gift now out of the way. I bought the onyx ds lite, ben ten game, and pokemon accessory pack all for $146.xx (including tax and shipping). I did a pretty extensive search and couldn't find any promo or free shipping codes...still, this is a good deal!

katiesmommy01
ok...i picked up the ds lite w/hannah montana game and case for about $137+tax a couple weeks ago...should i try to get the same combo in the store (it's not all available online)...would save me about $20 off what i paid before (according to my calculations)...thoughts? schmitt
Are you getting 25% off everything or just the DS? It says save 25% after each item but when I add it all to my cart it only takes off 25% of the DS. Just wanted to check to see what everyone else got

I would! I don't like to pay more than I have to. I think I'm going to get the Hannah Montana DS, Game, and case in store (if available) for my niece. davephillyj
I saw the deal last night and almost posted, but it was too late. Glad to see littlesdcen took the time. And that lots of folks are taking advantage. I'm holding off. Hoping that BF will have some hand held something really cheap. Hope I am not waiting in vain

Hope I am not waiting in vainI really hope that they have a bundle on BF too! :) I haven't decided whether to get DS one yet. Last year TRU had a couple Legend of Zelda & Nintendogz (i think) bundles that were a good deal...if memory serves. Hopefully this year will be even better! jylleee
is there a code to put in? Here is what the promo details says "HOW IT WORKSGet 25% Off when you pick 3 (Any One Nintendo DS System + Any One DS Accessory + Any One DS Game). Add to your cart along with the applicable coupon code to receive discount. Maximum 1 discount per order. This promotion does not combine with others. While quantities last." It's only taking 25% off the system for me too
sneakers1234
Think this means more discounts on this item? DS 8 wants one but I really don't know anything about it so I dont want to buy it just yet.
kren
I was all set to commit to a DS after getting advice here last week, but then we were in Target two days ago and my DD, age 6.11, saw the Didj by LeapFrog. Looks like a DS, but has educational pretensions. Anyone else get one of these? She LOVED it (but loves everything, so I'm not yet convinced)
amazingone
I wonder if I go into the store if I can also use my 10% coupon with my Toysrus credit card. I am gonna try and let ya know.......

Looks like a DS, but has educational pretensions. Anyone else get one of these? She LOVED it (but loves everything, so I'm not yet convinced)look at leapfrog.com; they have those new Didj bundled together on sale with a game and cheap shipping right now. Discount warehouses (costco, sam's, BJs) should get them in soon, too. My son turns 7 in Oct, too. We gave him a DS last Christmas. He had a Leapster but hardly every used it. He wants the Didj (of course) and I like you can customize it to their own spelling words. I think the DS has better graphics, more game choices, and kids can play with their friends more. The digj may get boring too fast for older kids because it is educational, KWIM? I'm wondering if I get my 3yo her own pink Leapster she'll leave the DS alone and play her own games. I doubt it.... ccbayly
I bought one last night at the store. It was a better deal in the store than online. Online you only get the 25% off of the system. In the store you get 25% off of ALL THREE of the items. I was out the door for under $130.00 with the pokemon special edition system, a game, and a case. This is the best deal I have seen in a long time on the ds lite.
schmitt
I don't have a store nearby so I ended up calling them and placing my order over the phone. The lady I talked to verified it was in the ad that it should be 25% off everything and her supervisor approved it. Worth the call for me. Great deal over all, another xmas present down
katiesmommy01
OK, went in and got the pink DS lite (only 2 left! $129.99), the pink Litehouse travel set for DS Lite (case, usb cable, car charger, adjustable metal stylus (holds up to 4 games $19.99), and the Disney Friends game ($19.99). Came to $135.13 after the 25% off and tax included...I saved $42.49!!! The deal i had the first time was about $12 more and i only had a HM case ($13)...much happier with this deal :)
katiesmommy01
keep in mind though...the guy at the store told me only 45 day return policy on these...so to open them up and fully charge them to make sure they are functional...that way if they arent you still have time to exchange! This is important if your kid "needs" a pink one as they are really scarce soon.
elite2058
This was a great deal. I bought the bundle at christmas 2 yrs ago and didnt get to pick the game and accessories. bargaingal2
I ordered online as our local doesn't not have the metallic pink in stock and then called to get the extra 25% off(the game and assor.) and the lady refused, said well if you want it all for 25% off then you have to go in to the store, online it is just the game system arghhh! I was not too happy, she did take my name and number for someone to call but I really am not expecting a call. Oh well least its on order and should be here soon.
