shopping mom Posted August 21, 2008 Share Posted August 21, 2008 Payless carries wide shoes for kids, my DD5 has to have extra wide and her feet are different sizes so I understand how hard it can be to find shoes that fit. This time I had to take her to Stride-rite to get anything to fit properly (doesn't hurt her feet or flop) I did not want to pay that much but sometimes it is a necessity. MagMagoo Posted August 21, 2008 Share Posted August 21, 2008 I've always had good luck with Stride Rite's wide shoes--only when they're on sale though (I think they're having a sale in-store now, if you have one close). Also, try Payless's Smart Fit shoes. I've had great luck with them. Cheap, too. :) A brand that has a really, really good fit for wide feet (of all ages) is New Balance for sneaks.
