I was wandering where or how i can find a very good deal on blood pressure monitor

My doctor told me to buy one and he wrote a prescription for it, so I was able to get one free through my health insurance at work, you may want to check on this!!!

omron makes good monitors, but i would get the automatic ones - don't get the ones you have to pump yourself!!

After you get one, take it with you to your next doctor's appt. Compare the reading they get in the office with what you get when you take it with your monitor. That way, not only can you make sure it is accurate but the doc can see that you will be getting accurate readings at home.
