ukdebc Posted April 4, 2008 Share Posted April 4, 2008 Our pack also has a uniform closet - also I would mention to the scout master that you need new a uniform- he may beable to guide you to someone that has grown out of theirs.... The uniform is SO expensive $40 for pants! (the zip off kind)... First Lady Posted April 4, 2008 Share Posted April 4, 2008 FYI the boy scout uniform is changing. I can't remember how soon, but it is within this year I believe. They have not announced the new uniform. Granted the current uniform will still be official and able to wear, but if he is just moving up, you might want to hold off a bit until they announce what the new stuff will be. Or, our scout shop is selling the new zip off pants at a very reduced priced...because they will not be part of the new uniform. So you might be able to get some new stuff for cheap.
