JayR
I thought this was interesting and wanted to share. It tells how to get a live CS rep at lots and lots of companies when faced with those stupid prompts. www.gethuman.com

Ripn
I heard something interesting that may help when you get a human...but can NOT understand what they are saying. When you call and get a prompt that asks press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish...choose 2You will almost always be transfered to a call center in Mexico, where most customer service reps are bilingual. If you get a Spanish speaking rep that doesn't speak English, just say "No, No, I need English."They will usually transfer you to someone in the US.It's worth a try anyway :)

That so irritates me.
