Get a live person for customer service

I heard something interesting that may help when you get a human...but can NOT understand what they are saying.

When you call and get a prompt that asks press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish...choose 2

You will almost always be transfered to a call center in Mexico, where most customer service reps are bilingual.

If you get a Spanish speaking rep that doesn't speak English, just say "No, No, I need English."

They will usually transfer you to someone in the US.

It's worth a try anyway :)

Great info, I almost always argue with that computer voice because they always hear what I say wrong. That so irritates me. :mad:
