Microsoft Word Software

My parents do not have this on their Dell and my mom needs it in order to open some work email attachments....where can I get it for cheap????

If you are in a college you can buy it at your book store. Or ask someone that teaches IT classes. That's what I did with my new laptop that came with Vista and nothing else. I have a brother in law that hooked me up with Office.

If you are military you can get it (along with other Microsoft programs) for around $20.00.

Open Office (openoffice.org) is free and is compatible with microsoft office. it opens the files and saves them in that format. I use it on my computer that i didnt want to put office on (im lazy and didnt want to put in the cd drive) and they work great together. Its free and worth a shot.
