Warn 3700 lb winch for car trailer

My gift to my H this year is going to be a winch for his car trailer. I only know of one store in my area (south central WI) that has this particular winch for sale. Anyone know where else sells these winches? (model #603700 or #65112)

Harbor Freight will have an 8K for $350 with mounting plate being another $49 - pretty awesome.
