jperzo Posted December 6, 2007 Posted December 6, 2007 I bought a PS3 last weekend and am looking at returing it in the next few days. Does anyone know if BB has a restocking fee on Game consoles. The system has ben freezing up on me and I have to restart it. Not normal I am thinking. Yes I still have my reciept Thanks
jperzo Posted December 6, 2007 Author Posted December 6, 2007 I did look at the web site but it didn't mention anything about open cosoles, unless I missed it.
amberleigh2 Posted December 6, 2007 Posted December 6, 2007 I would think if it's defective, they could'nt charge you anything.....but I guess they could just make you exchange it for another one, but I doubt that even, you should have a choice.

Restocking feeA restocking fee of 15% will be charged on opened notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors, GPS/navigation and in-car video systems unless defective or prohibited by law. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on Special Order Products, including appliances unless defective or prohibited by law. mostly the restocking fee is to keep people from "renting" a video camera, filming an event, and returning it. same with digital cameras.
jperzo Posted December 6, 2007 Author Posted December 6, 2007 Thank you for the replies. Since it is defective then I am covered.
