jperzo
I bought a PS3 last weekend and am looking at returing it in the next few days. Does anyone know if BB has a restocking fee on Game consoles. The system has ben freezing up on me and I have to restart it. Not normal I am thinking. amberleigh2
I would think if it's defective, they could'nt charge you anything.....but I guess they could just make you exchange it for another one, but I doubt that even, you should have a choice. freesia39
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?type=page&entryURLType=page&entryURLID=cat12098&categoryId=cat10004&contentId=1117177044087&id=cat12098 BB store return policy. Restocking feeA restocking fee of 15% will be charged on opened notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors, GPS/navigation and in-car video systems unless defective or prohibited by law. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on Special Order Products, including appliances unless defective or prohibited by law. mostly the restocking fee is to keep people from "renting" a video camera, filming an event, and returning it. same with digital cameras.
