Has anyone else had their sears purchases from BF, on their debit card not yet cleared out of their account? I heard a lot of Sears stores had issues with taking credit cards but mine was able to take them, however the charge has still not cleared (nor is it in the pending area) my checking account. It has never taken this long to clear a debit card purchase, and I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem with their BF sears purchases?

10:1 odds say it was canceled for some BS reason like the ones they have been using to justify canceling all the other orders.

My order hasn't been charged to my account either. But I have been receiving "confirmation emails" almost every day saying that my order has been received, and that they will let me know when it will be shipped. I've been going back and forth with sears.com reps since black friday. They erroneously charged me 207 dollars for an order that should have been no more than 50. The confirmation emails have these horrendous prices on them. Sears keeps telling me that they have made "notes" to correct the pricing on my order. I SWEAR I will never order from Sears.com again.

I am beyond irritated with Sears.com. I placed my order at 5am on BF, and have gotten nothing but confusion since. Everywhere I turn there is a different price for items and total charges. Most of them don't even add up correctly at all. I have gotten notification that three of the items I ordered were cancelled (the two most recent I just received two days ago). It seems that nothing has shipped, yet Sears has charged my credit card twice... lord knows for what. With all the items they've cancelled I'm sure they've charged me for more than what I actually bought. But NONE of the numbers add up, ANYWHERE I look. I have no idea at this point if I'm going to get anything at all, or how & when I'll be able to sync up what they charged me with what I got so that the charges can be corrected. UGH!!

My Sears experience, both in store and on line, was positive. I received everything I ordered on line, and was charged the right price. They didn't charge my bank account until the items shipped. I will deifnately do business with Sears again next year.

Sears.com is supposed to be crediting my account for purchases from Friday night, because 1 item was out of stock. My 2 Kmart orders "expired" according to my debit card account, but I have the items here... so I don't know what they're doing. 1 Kmart order was the Saturday after Black Friday, the other one was last week. The only email I have from the Kmart orders is one shipping confirmation (sent after the package arrived)

my expierience with them was awful this year too.

i ordered before black friday, with a shipping arrival date of NOv 16th! i got one of my 4 items. had not heard anything else by dec. emailed them, they assured me it was not canceled and they would send me an update email soon.

emailed them again saturday. they responded monday by sending me a copy of the original order confirmation. (which, by the way, the totals matched what i printed from there site before clicking send the order, but the individual prices didn't match????)

anyway, i then called them, sat on hold for 30 minutes, to be told once they finally answered that the system was down, i needed to call back. i told her that was unacceptible, that she can take my information and have her supervisor call me back. so she got the supervisor on the phone and they were able to tell me that one item was out of stock, but couldn't tell me anything on the other 2 missing items. they said they would have to email me with an update because they couldn't get into the shipping system. i told them they had 1 day, or i would be calling back to cancel my order, and woudl be more than happy to share my expierience with my friends and web friends and family...
