Lethbridge
This was a great code! It not only gave 15% off, but I ended up getting an additional 4% off! It also allowed a combination of the $200 gift card with other large discounts that usually were not combinable... So I roughly saved $200+ instantly off the computer I was going to buy + a $200 gift card will be coming in a few weeks... Not bad at all!!!! Lethbridge
I didn't buy a laptop, but a desktop. Follow the directions of entering your email account to get the code and then procede to the site through the link provided. On the right side it shows $450 off select inspiration models: click there and I was interested in the higher end model. Go through and build your computer with the components that you want. When you are done, and you've added it to your cart, you can enter the 15% off code that has been sent to you. When I entered that code, it added the 15% off and the 200$ gift card option. (I've tried to combine that option before with the $450 off, and it would not let me) I assume that it works with laptops too!

Lethbridge
In my checkout page there is a disclaimer: "All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by dell" No idea if every order has this disclaimer or not. I'll post if I'm told I'm not eligible.

Lethbridge
Well I have a expected ship date of 12/6 for my computer and monitor. Ended up getting the Dell Inspiron 530 Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E6550 (4MB L2 Cache, 2.33Ghz, 1333FSB) Windows Vista 3GB Dual Channel DDR SDRAM at 800MHz 22" Samsung LCD Monitor 256MB GeForce 8600GT-DDR 500GB HD 19/1 Media Card Reader Wireless Network Card PCI 802 11g Dual Drives CD/DVD RW Integrated Sound Blaster Audigy HD For a total of $1,086.14 shipped. The monitor goes for over $200 on ebay and with the $200 gift card, that was a very solid computer purchase for $686 shipped. Will prob. use the $200 card for a lower end desktop or laptop on sale for the kids.

dkctoo
I'm confused. It says you can only get this discount if your employer has a deal with Dell. How are you guys doing it? What do you put where it asks what company you work for? (a required field). I'd love the discount, but don't want to screw it up.
Lethbridge
I work for a public school district, so that is what I selected. There was no special password or code that I had, just selected that option. You have any family that work in any of those fields?
Mickey62
My sister recently bought a Dell 1521 laptop, which falls under the laptops elligble. But her total was only $925 I think. I have her order number and it is being shipped to my house since it is for their daughter. What would be my best deal, to call and add enough for $999, they do need a wireless router. I could say I will get the order cancelled if needed...any help is greatly appreciated.
dkctoo
FYI, I discovered I can qualify for EPP pricing & discounts because my husband is a member of the Disabled American Veterans. Woohoo! All I had to do was put in his membership #! We never even knew that before, and we've always bought Dell computers. But at least we know now! BobbyA
Dell emailed the following code today, it's only good for 2 days and gives 15% off a refurbished Latitude. Probably only works once, and says it can also be applied for a quantity buy for up to 5 notebooks. The code is 3KF51N3BJPG6FRI recently bought a Vostro from their outlet site so I won't be using this code. Since it is likely a one time use code I would appreciate it if you post here that you have used it so someone else won't waste time, finding at the end (apply at checkout) the code had already been used.
