iffy reviews... I wonder what website you download the music from. I wanted this for kiddies, but if there are no kids choices than it isn't worth it for me.

It supports WMA, WAV and MP3 downloads. I believe you can download from other sites too, not just the one that is supplied for free. If someone knows better please let us know!

I bought a cheap $35 RCA mp3 player from Radio Shack last Christmas and it's not that great. I'd rather spend a little more and get something decent.

I went ahead and got it I plan on going to that town this weekend to do some shopping and have to take a printer back to CC anyway...I got 2. I think they'll be fine for us since they will only be used for 10 & 9 yr olds.

These are the ones that rang up for 4.99 earlier this summer at the stores. MP3 player is nice cuz it has USB built in so it is drag and drop. The cards for the 12 months of free eMusic expired in October though!
