My daughter is 6 and this was top on her list last year. She can't stand up in it, but we put the two house pieces in a v shape and she plays in it that way. She absolutely loves it. She takes a chair and her portable dvd player in there and goes and watches movies.....too cute!

If the product is in stock, there shouldn't be an issue. And if you pick up at the store, which they have the product ready within 24 minutes of order, then you really shouldn't have to worry. If everyone stops buying they surely will go out of business, and then Best Buy has no real competition, wonder how that will effect their prices.
