Buy.com orders getting cancelled

Anybody else having issues, with the "google" orders being cancelled???

No, my order didn't get cancelled, but it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. The picture of the baby is adorable!

I had one canclled ( I have done 3) but because I put the wrong expiration date on my CC on an accident they denied my payment.

 

But I haven't gotten the official "We caught you opening mulitiple accounts" email yet, but HAVE heard of at least 10 or so people that have!!

Yes, my orders were cancelled for making multiple accounts. Is it true though that they don't cancel your orders if you put in different CC numbers for each order?

So far I have used different CC numbers and different phone numbers (home, my cellphone, Dh cellphone) but the same address. I am not sure WHAT they are using to catch people. It could be CC, shipping address, billiing address, or even phone numbers....

Mine was cancelled as well. They said it was because of my credit card but I know the number and everything was right because I put in in twice. I then put another credit card number in and it went through. Then I get an email saying it was under review. UUGGHH

I had an order cancelled yesterday. It said it was my credit card but there was nothing wrong with it. Oh well, I'll order from someone else.

I had no problems at all. I placed my order w/google checkout on Friday and it came in the mail today.

I've been having this problem too. I have tired different credit cards, phone numbers, and addresses. Nothing is seeming to work for me.

My last one was canceled, apparently making multiple accounts and taking advantage of the $10.00 off so I can keep getting free stuff is frowned upon by Google:rolleyes:

I used my husband's card today. Got the $10 off. Hopefully it won't get cancelled. bought a hard drive for my son's computer.
