Whoa....I just called to make my order because I wasn't getting free shipping, I saved 11.95 on the exact same order that I had in my online cart! The books and storage system was much cheaper ($2-5 off the sale prices depending on the item). The shipping was even cheaper, and they took the above code! 22.17 vs. 34.42!!

Just an fyi: I did call to place my order it was $5 cheaper than if I would have checked out online. It was $62 over the phone and would have been $67 if I ordered online. They add shipping charge and shipping surcharge online. Which made it almost $13.xx online but I only paid $8.xx over the phone!!! Used the code HL7PA for 15% off too!!

How did you add the free gift ? i searched for "phonics kit 2" and added it to the cart, but in the cart it shows me as 2 quantity, so 30$ and another one with $0.00, but if i delete the one with 2 quantity, the $0 disappears from the cart.

and here i am at 2.36am, wishing the customer service was thr to help......hav lost too many deals recently, dont want to loose this one too.

I tried ordering from here yesterday and it would not give me the extra 15% off. Called and waited on hold for an hour and they said that I could not use the code because it was not valid during the 25% off sale. I was so aggrevated after that I did not end up placing my order.

So I did call to place my order and I used the 15% off code on top of the 25% off sale. It was working online and when the girl on the phone put it in, it worked for her too. Now, I placed the order a week ago today. Maybe 30 minutes after that I got a confirmation email. Now, I didn't order online and I am trying to check my order status. I have called the cust service number twice today. The first time I was on hold for 20 minutes!!! Then decided to leave a voicemail. This was 5 hours ago. I called about an hour ago and I was still on hold so I just hung up. I can't get anyone on the phone there!!! On my online banking it showed a pending transaction from leapfrog and now there is nothing on there, it just disappeared. I am trying to find out when my order is gonna ship and what is going on, but I can't get anyone on the phone!!!!

That sounds like what happened to my order I placed on Wednesday. I couldn't get a hold of anyone and it looked like the charge was gone from my bank. Then the order showed up yesterday!! Good luck and I hope your stuff shows up!

I got 3 leapster games for 50.97 with free shipping. The code would not give me the 15% off.

That's weird. I didn't order any leapster games or anything, but I just went to the website and added some stuff to the cart and tried the 15% off code. It is working for me.

Yeah the sale is extended til the 5th of December now. I am still trying to figure out where my order is!!! I left a message yesterday and called 3 times and never got anyone and no one returned my phone call. Such bs. I finally got someone on the phone today. She said it was still processing, but that she would call the shipping department because it should've already shipped and she said their computers probably hadn't updated. She said she would call me back. Called me a couple hours later and said it should be here today. As in delivered today. Well, get home and there is nothing and no note for me to pick it up at the hub or that they would try again tomorrow. I am trying to get in touch with someone at leapfrog now and I've been on hold for 10 minutes and no one has come to the phone. I feel like it should have at least shipped already! I ordered it a week ago.

When I called to place my order they didn't charge a shipping surcharge. So I would call.

 

I finally got a hold of someone yesterday and she said well your stuff has shipped and it shipped via ups ground and ups ground takes 7-10 business days. So it should be there by next week. She said you have to give it 10 days. And she was rude, rude, rude. I said the other lady left me a voicemail that it should be delivered today. And she said well, I don't see that on here but I do see where it has shipped and call us back after 10 days if you don't receive it. And she said is there anything else I can help you with. And I said no and she said ok bye. She had a major attitude. I said this isn't the first time I've ordered something online lady I know how it goes. My order says still processing but she said that means its shipped or something. I was just sittin here like wtf?!?! I really doubt I will order from leapfrog again. When I ordered on the phone they told me I would get an email with the tracking number and everything. They have bad communication.
