Cancelled Order - MyTwinn.com

:mad: I am very upset at the company mytwinn.com this morning. I recieved notification that they cancelled my order. I ordered befor Oct 7 so I got the reduced price, I had a ten dollar off coupon and they were having a sale on the clothes so I got a few things. The reason they gave is my billing address did not match the information the bank has. Someone has messed up. :no: I checked my confirmation and the address is correct. I have contacted the bank and the company. It took me forever to decided to spend this much money on a doll. Now they expect me to re-order, but now I will not have any of the discounts. I am hoping that they will reinstate my order as it was originally and at the orignal price. I wrote them a letter telling them that I thought they should have notified me before cancellation, and that I was contacting my bank to find out why this happened. Has anyone here encountered something similiar??

 

I don't usually get upset but it has been a rough week Sorry for the rant, but thanks for listening

I once had an order for channuka candles get canceled for a similar reason.... they never told me the shipping address had to be your billing address.... I would have KNOWN they weren't the same.... I was disappointed, and had to run around to try to find some in this not very Jewish area... but other than that.... it wasn't a big deal, so I never pursued it, but I never ordered from them, either

i had something like that happen with lake side. they called me and said that they had already sent the order and the invoice was inside the box. when i recieved it the invoice said paid but on the account it was still open. i called them to tell them i only got half my order and told them about the invoice. i gave them the right info again and they sent the rest of my order.

you can get it right now at qvc.com for 129 and their clothes are really reasonable as well

I may just do this. I want to wait till Monday to hear back from the company and bank, is this something they run regularly ??? I have missed deals on Amazon because I wait to think about it, and don't want to miss out on it here if the company refuses to do anything. I have sent emails but they won't open till Monday.

 

If I don't get satifaction through email I will call the company.

I have seen it on that same price for about a month..I do know that if they are sold out they restock really really fast and they will tell you when you order it when it will ship
