XM Satellite Radio portable and subscription

I'd like to get a portable XM radio. I would be a new subscriber. Are there any great deals out there on the subscriptions???? Do they ever have better deals closer to Xmas?

Can I ask why you choose XM over Sirius? I LOVE our Sirius and would never give it up! JMO. And they usually do have sales on Sirius closer to Christmas.

go to XM's own website, they usually have some good deals on the radios and offer a discount if the subscription is paid in advance.

 

also, check out Amazon.com, and your local wal mart stores for markdowns or clearance items.
