Marcster
It might help folks to know what type of jeans you are looking for: men, women, boys, girls? regular sizes or plus sizes? online deal or offline deal (at a store)? style of jeans you are after -- distressed jeans, standard jeans, carpenter jeans, etc.? The more details you provide, the more likely you are to get a usable answer.

Marcster
Is there a VF Outlet Village near you?http://www.vffo.com/VF_stores.htm I don't see one in North Carolina, but I don't know how close you are to the Villages in Virgina, Tennessee or South Carolina. We have a Village about 15 minutes from our house. Their deals are pretty tough to beat on Lee & Wrangler, and Nautica (does Nautica make women's stuff?). They also have a coupon for $10 off $100:http://www.vffo.com/coupon.aspx

kc#erica
I have bought jeans at Steve and Barry's, the prices are always around $10 and the jeans that I bought have lasted and I have had them for a while but some people say they are cheap but they have all kinds of styles and all kinds of shirts and some have kids and baby clothes. Everything used to be the same price but I think they changed that but it's still real cheap, I don't think I've ever seen anything over $12. conj
how little do you want to spend, what brand preferences do you have, and is ordering online ok, or does it need to be at a B&M?
Penelope
If you don't mind searching, Ross has a lot of jeans out right now, probably under $20. I have good luck at JC Penney's as far as the styles go -- I usually spend about $20 or $30 there.
