When you talked to someone the first time when they told you they would honor it, did you write down their name? I'd be really mad because you could have requested your order cancelled that first time you called if you knew it wasn't going to be honored and then just ordered during the promotion. My 3 1/2 yo ds LOVES the song "All Star," and asks every time he hears it, "mommy, is this the Shrek song?" and you should hear the words he thinks he hears them sing in the song, it's just too cute, so to have his toothbrush play this song will be VERY cool!!
