Airline tickets to Orlando

Any good deal on tickets from Dallas to Orlando around Nov 7th-20th, 2007? And deals on Disneyworld tickets? (3 people)

So far cheapest plane tickets I’ve found were about $189 per person (including tax & fees)

Also, has anyone done those timeshare meetings for cheap tickets? I’ve found a few websites giving out cheap Disney tickets if we “just attend a short seminar”. Any advice on those?

Thanks guys! Love the deals! :)

that's not bad for a ticket...try Southwest, they usually run some good deals, or spirit... Try Priceline if you have some flexibility

Be wary on the timeshare deal, sometimes a "quick" session turns into all day and then the tickets are limited to what you can do...and you wasted time you could be at the park.

Try AAA, or the Disney website for any deals...

maybe buy a park hopper you can use again later this year if you plan to go, the more days you buy the cheaper it is.

Welcome to the community! Since you are from Dallas (I am too) I would try Southwest. You can now fly from Dallas Love to Orlando direct with no changing planes. The Wright Law is almost gone.

Hi, I would never do the timeshares, they are all over the place and everywhere you eat in Orlando outside of Disney is someone trying to get you to do a presentation for tickets or money. But it is such HIGH pressured sales you will be annoyed. Also they will tell you it will take 1-to 1.5 hrs when in actually plan on 3 hours! I am just not willing to spend 3 hours on my vacation to earn $100.

As for tickets, try undercovertourist.com . They a recommended ticket broker that buys their tickets directly from disney. Their prices include tax and shipping. I have neved purchased from but I have only heard good things about them. Also try AAA they offer discounts, military or government discounts on the bases and lastly The Disney Store has cheaper tickets then the parks (I usually buy mine from here).

Oh almost forgot, sometimes the airlines will offer specials, Spirit had $.01 deal for ATL to Orlando and I got in on that deal. Cost me $77 to fly my family of four to orland roundtrip. Pay attention to the airfare sales. Not sure it that is a good deal or not for Dallas. Check out this website she has lots of money saving ideas about disney and orlando in general www.mousesavers.com.

As you can probably tell I love going to disneyworld :) but I think I get more enjoyment out of the planning and saving money off the the listed rates ;) Good luck and let me know if you have other questions.

the company i work for has discount disney tickets - they currently offer through another website an awesome deal for tickets - buy 4 days, get three free, which gives you admission to all the parks.

i don't like the timeshare meetings - everyone i know gets suckered into them. they buy the entire "it's a good investment" line hook and sinker.

Checkout Allegiant Air - comes into Sanford - very close to Orlando (on the north side). I've just started using them for one ways to/from Tri-Cities and Knoxville, TN. Prices are awesome if you're flexible on dates. I went to Knoxville for $39!!! Total with taxes and everything was $50!! That's less than I can put gas in my truck for the drive up!

Now - if you check bags its a few more dollars ($3 per bag, I think). If you want to choose your seat theres a few more dollars. If you want a snack on the plane you have to pay...but their I did like their customer service.

I know they mainly just fly in / out of smaller airports - so I think Dallas is out - but perhaps there's somewhere else close by.
