guilliam
Walmart.com currently has a Wii Bundle on their website. The problem is, my kids wouldn't like most of the games with it. Can you return some of them to the store? Anyone ever done this?
Ragsmeow
Walmart.com currently has a Wii Bundle on their website. The problem is, my kids wouldn't like most of the games with it. Can you return some of them to the store? Anyone ever done this? I guess it would depend on whether the individual games have bar codes on them and are still in sealed packages (or however they are sold). If they are, you would probably be able to then. Let us know what happens.
KiriJoan
You can return them if you "pretend" to loose your receipt, but your taking a chance that they've been on sale recently and you'll end up with a lower price. They won't allow you to return them with the receipt of the bundle. They also won't let you return more than $100 worth of video games at a time... mostly because it throws up a red flag. I've done this before and they wouldn't let me return anything. I had to come back with only 1 at a time to keep the lady behind the desk from making a big deal over it. In other words... you can, but it's only worth it as a last resort.
shopping mom
Are they worth selling on ebay if you can't return them??
guilliam
I could probably sell on ebay, but was hoping I could just exchange them for ones my kids would like. Seems like a lot of trouble to go through for a toy in July. Not even Christmas time! Local walmart said they are scheduled to get wiis tonight, so maybe I'll just try to go there at midnight first. If I can't get one, THEN I'LL PANIC!
buckstopper1
I bought a WII bundle from WalMart in January and all items were billed seperately on the receipt. I had no problem returning the games I did not want with the orginal receipt. I don't know if they have changed how they bundle since January. conj
If they are packaged together, and only 1 item is rung up, no you probably can't. If they are each rung up individually, you probably can. Is it bundled by walmart or by Nintendo?
guilliam
I THINK it is bundled by WalMart.

buckstopper1
I called my local Wal Mart. They are expecting a shipment tomorrow, Thursday. Try calling your local Wal Mart again.
guilliam
Well, drove to Target 45 minutes away and they didn't hava any but told us another store further away had over 140 of them! I called to verify, and yes they did! So, after 4 hours in the car (2 hrs there and 2 hrs back) my kids now have a wii!!:) And we decided not to make them wait until bday party and give it to them later today when we get home from my parents. If anyone in Ohio is looking for one, Target on Olentangy River Rd in Columbus is where to go!!!!!
krissy72
I got mine from Amazon. No shipping and no tax and no unwanted games.
