Below is the actual invite that I received:
Subject - SurveyRx: Acne Attitude and Treatment Study
Good Afternoon,
In order to better help acne medication manufacturers meet your needs, we need to gain a deeper understanding of your attitudes and perceptions of products currently available for the treatment of acne. We cordially invite you to participate in our online market research survey about acne treatment.
Based on some of your initial responses you will qualify for either a 30 or 45 minute survey. As appreciation for your time and input you will be credited either a $30 or $55 honorarium. To expedite receipt of this honorarium please remember to select the ‘Redeem My Rewards’ link once you have completed the online survey. You will have the option of redeeming your honorarium via mail as cash-via-check or electronically via gift certificate.
Since there are a limited number of openings for this study, and it will only be available for a limited time, we encourage you to participate as soon as your schedule allows. This program is expected to close very quickly.
To participate in the ‘Acne Treatment Study,’ all you need to do is visit us on the web at:
