Has anyone received anything they've ordered from Buy.com in the last month?

If you've had a good situation have you been using an actual credit card? Or a debit card? Because I'm having a feeling their screwing with debit purchases because we can't get charge backs.

I placed 2 orders and received them both. The first was a DVD burner, I thought it took a while, but not that long. The 2nd for heeley's came VERY quickly

I placed 3 orders for 7 total things on 11/23 and 11/24. All items were listed as "in stock usually ships in 1 to 2 business days." 5 out of 7 items shipped within a couple days and I got them a while ago. One didn't ship until 12/6 (still haven't gotten it). They still have not shipped the final item (which, ironically, is the one we wanted the most). I have sent 2 emails in the last week with no response. I'm getting really...

They sent the digital camera I ordered in a freakin' bubble mailer envelope! I could hear pieces of the camera rolling around in the box! I sent it back and got a refund, but I'm in no rush to use them again.

ordered 2 heelys at 2 different times. ordered them on a thursday night and got 1 on monday and the other on wednesday the following week. I also used the google check out free shipping so they only cost me 39.99 each.

I ordered over thanksgiving weekend and yet to receive my order yet!!!

I order 2 gb flash drive on Nov 28. they haven't ship this yet. It is still On Order. My rebate is going to expire next week. Try to contact them so many times through email but didn't receive any response.

This happened to me on a different item. I told them to either ship or cancel the order due to the rebate. They shipped.

My wife received one item the day after we ordered it with standard shipping!

 

I guess it just depends on what you order and where it is located.
