Catrin Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 Do not forget about the Supermarkets, Home Centers, Drug Stores and Smaller stores for Black Friday! Stop and Shop in RI and Mass has Ice Age at $9.99, Little Mermaid Salon at $39.99 ($20 cheaper than Target!), Portable DVD Player PLUS 5 FREE Movies, Jensen Ipod Dock/Alarm Clock $39, HUGE Hummer Truck $59 At 3pm, they still have product too! No lines, no pushing, no shoving! CVS has Great Sales too - sure they are not laptops and plasma TV's - but great deals just the same! It is amazing what you can find out there in the little stores! leefamily23 Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 I'm home to balance the checkbook, shower, lay down for 2 hrs, and of course check in here. Then it's back off since the mall is open until 11pm. I know Penny's and Macy's have some coupons for later on, gonna see what is left at Old Navy (went once early today but the lines were long and didn't look like I was gonna be impressed). Also, going back to the Disney Store. They have 25% off holiday items are a regular sale- I know they had the extra 20% off this morning- but the line was over 1 hr long. I have a 15% off coupon I can use-- so I figure I'll save the hour and go back this evening.
elena_398 Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 I got my few things at Walgreens. Checked out before 6pm even though it wasn't supposed to start till 7am. Cashier said the registers were scanning the blitz price so I could checkout early. Got 2 Tide 2 Bags M&Ms 1 raison Bran candles
Novac Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 Plenty of 2- and 3-day sales still going on. Even at the big stores, you can still find smaller deals available, especially if you're looking for clothing and the like.
shopping mom Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 The watches at walgreens were a good deal to I bought 1 for my brother and 1 for DS
mywarmbluefleece Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 I purchased a watch from Walgreens for myself and my mom's best friend...they were 75% off. Amazing! The batteries are dead though...growl.
drmy91 Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 I was just at my local WM and they had lots of BF stuff left. Portable DVD players, toys, movies. It was like it was any other day. I wish I hadnt spent my money yesterday.
Trish1298 Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 At my Walmart alot of the BF items that are left are cheaper than they were during the sale.
misshayley Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 At my Walmart alot of the BF items that are left are cheaper than they were during the sale.Which items and how much cheaper? I am trying to decide if I should drive over and see if there is anything I can rebuy and then return with my other receipt.

Snoodles Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 WalMart near my house still had 2 portable DVD players, TONS of SpongBob and Dora TV/DVD combos, cheap movies, video games and bikes BUT everything was still the same price as in the BF 6 hour sale ad.
tacoqueen4 Posted November 27, 2006 Posted November 27, 2006 I was at Walmart yesterday and got one of the 13" Spongebob TV/DVD combos for my son. It was $79.98 on BF and $60 on Sunday. They normally don't carry the DVD combos so I guess they were just trying to get rid of them!
FuNkY CaPrIcOrN Posted November 27, 2006 Posted November 27, 2006 I need a Gig of some Samsung DDR2 for under $100.
