Do I need to get there early for a non-Early Bird item?

I want to make sure to get there early enough to get a Toshiba 56" DLP Projection HDTV. It is not marked as an Early Bird item. Should I still plan on camping out in line, or can I show up at 4am for something like that?

I would say you should get at BB around 6pm to 8pm on Thursday. TVs will be hot this year.

I would check this thread for more info: http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=50978

Is it in the ad?

If its not in the ad, you can get there whenever you want. Early shoppers on BF have lazer-beam focus: they don't care what else is available or on sale, they are there for the model they came for.

If it is in the ad, just not EB, you will be fine at 4am, unless you are in a pretty heavily populated area.

Sounds like good advice to me.

bring a gang of hobos with you... have them run to the section you want and the smell will keep the others back a little so you can run in and grb what ya need.

LOL! In Dallas the homeless will want at least $40.00. That is what they get when a group in Dallas wants to protest the Police Department. The group will pay the homeless to stand there with signs and they get $40.00.
