pcsoon Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 I work for Michaels and have seen their ad.And...?:)

ShopperMom Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Do you have a scan of it? Michael's is the one I've been waiting for.

Dang! I don't typically travel on Black Friday, but since I've picked up jewelry making as a hobby, this might rouse me out at the break of dawn!!!I'll be looking for the ad - I subscribe to their Email newletter which usually announces special sales- I hope the coupon will show up in my mailbox.Thank for sharing!
lesley_az Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Has anyone heard what Michael's is doing for BF
hnybee411 Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 I'm sure they'll have those turkey buck things again. They do that every year. Don't know what the deals will be yet though.
jelee3 Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Last year they had 50% off coupons for Friday and Saturday mornings- I belive it was the whole purchase not just one item.
firestone71 Posted November 15, 2006 Posted November 15, 2006 does anyone know how that would work on framing. my husband is a hunter and just got a black bear this may. i would like to enlarge and frmae some pictures but have been unable to find the right size matting. i have seen these couponn and wondered how they would work on this? anyone?
hnybee411 Posted November 15, 2006 Posted November 15, 2006 I'm not sure about BF but Michael's has 50% off framing ALL the time. Just check your Sunday paper. When the coupons come out you'll have to read the fine print, I never tried to use them at the framing counter.
AButrcup1 Posted November 18, 2006 Posted November 18, 2006 Michaels is having 50%off your entire framing order on Friday and Sat.You do not need a coupon!
lrp_68 Posted November 19, 2006 Posted November 19, 2006 I work at a Michael's and I don't even know. If I find out tomorrow at work I will post it. I am planning on asking since i don't want to go into work on Friday and not know what is going on especially since I start early (5:30-2). I assume that we will have our normal 50% off on framing and turkey bucks, but other than that i am not sure.
jdsbaby Posted November 19, 2006 Posted November 19, 2006 Last year it was 50% off entire order. I am hoping for the same!
joeyjamie Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 Has anyone ever used an AC Moore coupon there on Black Friday? If it's off of one itme only we may all go in together with coupons, but I wouldn't have to buy as many newspapers if I could also use the AC Moore ones. My son wants Thomas stuff and 5 or 6 of us could go in together if it's only 50% off of one item.
jelee3 Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 I just received my AC Moore ad. It has a coupon for 60% off any one regularly priced item on Friday. 25% off entire purchase 8-12 Saturday. 40% off one item Sunday-Tues.
jelee3 Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 The Michaels ad is 25% off entire purchase 6-9 Friday. For 9am-10pm Turkey Bucks: $5 off $25; $10 off $40 and $30 off $100. It says you can combine the turkey bucks (i.e. $45 off $165). Also, Saturday 8-noon Save 20% and Sat noon-10pm save 50% off any regular priced item.

Anyone know???
meow62 Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 Re: Cricut... Don't know about Friday, but our M's currently has the machines for 199.99 and the cartridges for 49.99. Don't know if all the M's are doing this (I have read, however, that those prices are good through today only). Might be worth a call to check it out - would be a really great early Christmas present!!!
jelee3 Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 AC says not for use on Cricut, Design runner or Xyron personal cutting. Michaels says not for use on Cricut, 4+ ft christmas trees, digital photo frames, custom floral arrangements or custom framing.
scd1129 Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 Darn! Can you use the Turkey Bucks when you are purchasing a Cricut?
mandifour Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 I got the michaels flyer today and no you cannot use turkey bucks for cricut products. If someone tells me how to upload the flyer I can scan it if anyone would like it.

If someone tells me how to upload the flyer I can scan it if anyone would like it.I would LOVE to see that flyer!! I got the Joann's one the other day via email but I can't find the Michael's one anywhere.
mandifour Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 wow I didnt get Joann's:( If you PM you email I will scan and send it to you. I just dont know how to do it here.
spancho Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 Where is everyone getting these flyers from? I went to Michael's and also AC Moore and neither stores had flyers to tell me what was on sale BF.
hpeders Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 On a slightly off topic thing here...our WalMart just got the Cricut in and they are selling it for 179 regular price. Can't remember what the cartidges are off the top of my head, but they weren't too bad.
joeyjamie Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 I'm off to check Joann's website now and I'm also going to check Michael's again to see if either have Friday's ad posted.
