Looking for some nice silky smooth sheets at an affordable price. I guess I would settle for satin if they were good quality and cheap but would love to have a set of real silk sheets.

Found some cheap satin sheets at amazon for $30 but they got lots of mixed reviews. Is it possible to find deals on real silk sheets also?

I don't like silk sheets. I feel like I'm gonna slide right off of the bed.

We had some years ago and yes, I felt like we would slide right out of bed. I like the high thread count cotton sheets better.

You should try sateen sheets. I think some people just like the IDEA of silk or satin sheets. Honestly, they are both very uncomfortable.

I have a few sets of sateen and they are wonderful.

overstock.com often has good deals on sheets

I bought some in September from JcPenney.com - I paid $23 for a full size set.

Like others have said though, I am not too thrilled with them. They just aren't as comfortable as good, high thread count egyptian cotton sheets.
