Ipod Nano

Hi,My first post. My grandchildren are wanting an Ipod Nano, but I don't know what gig to buy. Are the refurburshied ones just a s good as the new one and also looking for the best deal. Would like to go on and buy and get it out of the way. Thanks for your help!!!:)

my son has haD a 1Gig for a year now and still hasnt ever come close to filling it, hes 12. he has about about 7 hours of music on his and i bet it isnt a third of the way full.... hope that helps :)

I don't think you'd have any problems with a refurbished unit straight from Apple.

 

Otherwise Amazon tends to have discounts on new versions.

I got my son a 2 GB iPod Nano. Holds up to 500 songs. Im sure when he gets older I'll get him a bigger GB, but for his first one, I think this size is fine. I didn't buy refurbished, but haven't heard its a bad thing though. I bought new at Circuit City (well my sons grandmother did :))

Apple refurbs are one of the best ways to go. I even bought my computer that way.. saved a bundle.
