I know that is probably impossible, but usually Kohls, JC Penny and The Childrens Place have their winter puffers with coupon codes down to about $15-$20, but wondering if anyone goes lower than that? My neighbor does a "Luke 3:11" trailer that goes to various towns and parks and gives out winter coats/boots to people in need. I would like to find some great deals on kids coats that he is running low on in his trailer.
